Website use and project agreements
The configurator helps you explore an idea and start a conversation. A saved build or inquiry is not an order or reservation. The details of an actual vehicle project belong in a separate agreement with Vintage Dream Machines.
01About these terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Vintage Dream Machines ("VDM," "we," "us," or "our") website and linked VDM Power Wagon configurator. By using these services, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
The website presents our work, provides information about our shop and services, and lets visitors explore configurations and contact us. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
02Inquiries and vehicle projects
Contacting us, saving or downloading a configuration, registering interest, or receiving a build reference does not place an order, reserve a vehicle or production slot, establish a price, or authorize work. A project requires a separate agreement with VDM.
Project scope, specifications, price, payment arrangements, scheduling, changes, delivery, cancellation, and any warranties must be confirmed in the agreement for that project. These website terms do not establish a deposit amount, refund policy, vehicle warranty, or guaranteed build time. A separate signed agreement controls its subject matter if it conflicts with these website terms.
Information about previous builds describes those particular vehicles. Availability of similar components, finishes, and services can change. Please confirm current details directly with our team before making a decision or arrangement.
03Power Wagon configurator
The configurator is a visual planning tool. Images, colors, finishes, proportions, options, and combinations are illustrative and may differ from an actual vehicle. Displays and lighting affect color appearance. Selecting an option does not confirm its compatibility, availability, final engineering, performance, or suitability for a particular use.
A digital build number or reference identifies a saved configuration. It is not a legal vehicle identification number (VIN), a manufacturing serial number, proof of ownership, or an ordered place in a production queue.
You may download a build summary and share your build link for personal planning and discussion. Anyone with the link may be able to view that configuration. Save a copy of information important to you; online references, links, and stored configurations may change or become unavailable.
04Messages, photos, and applications
Provide accurate information and submit only material you own or have permission to share. Do not send unlawful content, malware, confidential information belonging to someone else, or material that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
You retain ownership of the material you send. You give VDM and the providers supporting the relevant service permission to receive, store, copy, and use it as needed to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, or carry out the purpose for which you submitted it. Sending a photo or document through an inquiry form does not, by itself, grant us permission to use it in public advertising.
The optional Submit to Garage feature asks for separate permission to display your configuration, preview, and display name publicly. VDM reviews submissions and may approve, hide, or remove them. A displayed community concept is not proof of vehicle ownership, a completed VDM build, an order, or an endorsement.
Submitting an employment application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment relationship. Contact forms and email drafts can fail to send or deliver. If your matter is time-sensitive or you have not heard from us, please contact the shop directly. An action that opens your email application requires you to send the message yourself.
05Website content and trademarks
Website text, design, photography, videos, logos, and other content are owned by VDM or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse the site, link to public pages, and use the available download and sharing features for personal, noncommercial purposes.
Other reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or use of VDM branding requires permission unless permitted by law. Do not remove ownership notices or present our work as your own. Rights belonging to a social platform, photographer, manufacturer, or other contributor remain with that owner.
Vehicle and component names, including Dodge, Power Wagon, and Hellcat, identify the vehicles or components being discussed. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not itself establish a manufacturer affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
06Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or our services. You must not:
- Attempt to access private pages, accounts, records, or systems without authorization, or bypass access controls.
- Send spam, impersonate another person, submit deceptive inquiries, or misuse uploaded-file and sharing features.
- Introduce harmful code, probe for unauthorized access, or use automated requests that disrupt or overload the service.
- Copy or exploit website content in a manner that violates another party’s rights or applicable law.
We may restrict access, remove material, or suspend a feature when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or maintenance.
07Third-party services and links
The website may link to or display content from social networks, video services, maps, event organizers, and other third parties. Their availability, content, advertisements, recommendations, account requirements, and policies are controlled by those providers.
A link or embedded post is provided for information or convenience and does not mean we endorse every item the provider may display. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s applicable terms. We may remove or replace an embed or link if its source changes or becomes unavailable.
08Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but typographical errors, outdated information, interruptions, and technical problems can occur. Confirm material specifications, availability, event details, and project information with us before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and configurator are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. This statement concerns the online services. It does not replace an express warranty in a separate project agreement or any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
09Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VDM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the website or configurator. This limitation applies to the online services and does not determine responsibility for work performed under a separate vehicle or service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. If a particular limitation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the extent that it is permitted.
Tennessee law governs these website terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections and rights available to you under applicable law remain in effect. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court with proper jurisdiction.
10Changes to the website or terms
We may update website content, features, or these terms. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by law, and changes do not retroactively alter a separate signed agreement.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it later.
